While not trying to discredit Miveth Hotel, I think they have a lot of room for improvement.The environment is ideal, the settings from outside is ok, but here are my experiences over a 4-day stay. It may be coincidental anyway.First, it took the gatemen forever to open the gate on my arrival, i had to step out of my vehicle to confirm I was at the right place, since I made a pre-booking.The reception staff gets a thumbs up from me, but I cant say same for the others, i had to frown many times at their attitude.Split unit ACs in all the rooms I reserved worked as though they were scared of cooling the rooms, this i complained to the management but with no fix for the period I was there, just imagine sweating under AC, but the rooms with the window unit ACs worked good.Theres the NO SMOKING poster everywhere, but you can hardly breathe a non-smoke free air inside the hotel.As for food, I rate them an 8/10, the food is good and tasty, makes you forget the troubles for a few seconds....and oh! They kept my cars shining at almost any time of the day, that was really impressive.With all these my complains, the hotel was fully booked that weekend that I couldnt get an extra room when I needed one, I guess I might be the only one complaining. 🤷
