Well planned but old estate

Dilapidated building, that lost its glory over time due to poor management, human negligence and prioritization of profit over posterity. The once aesthetically pleasing and among the best estates in Effurun, Delta State is now a shell of what it used to be and was left behind in the last decade. It has flooding issues and the structures are archaic and no longer architecturally sound.

Serene environment

The Estate is calm and secured, though they need to work on the street road... A lot of work activities are going on there
