Bridge view hotel is a beautiful place and its very easy to locate. Its situated in a serene and secured area. The staff are good and do attend to customers on time.

Its a good electronic shop with genuine products. Pitfall is that their prices are slightly higher than normal.I particularly like their free LG washing room.

They need to improve in terms of hygene. They clean their toilets without disinfectant and after cleaning they leave bathing bucket face down in the bathroom. They use same mob for toilet and main room. I asked one of the room managers if they get any form of training on how to do their job, he said no. They didnt give me wifi access for five days and when I asked on the fifth day, the pretty looking receptionist said that I never asked. I then told her that customers dont need to ask before they are given cus its their entitlement and moreover, they are competing with other hotels around so they need to be on top of their game. They were nice enough to give me discount for the days I lodged there. One of their receptionist was very mature and nice. She always cares to know how you are doing. I cant say anything about their food cus I did not eat their food throughout my say there. However, I felt that they could have marketed their best meals to us at least to give a try.

I was given a room at the Paulet siut, I called the receptionist to tell her that there is no towel, I told that one will be brought. But to my greatest dismay no towel was brought to me until I left the hotel after two hours of stay.

The worse hotel I have ever see in my life. Nothing work in the hotel. Bad keys, no good TV in the Rooms, no light, Ac is not working in some rooms.

Easily accessible, serene environment, but dying slowly due to tribalism and timidity, with weak or dead appliances in the rooms, beddings need replacement.

I did not enjoy me stay.. Door lock was not working, no light in the bathroom, Shower was not working.. Water heater was also not working
