Experience there was not cool.Water heater was bad in my room and I notified them from the first day I checked in. And nothing was done about it till I checkout. Exhaust smoke of there generator was entering the room which made my stay unpleasant for me. Food was poor in general. Environment was clean , wi-fi network was bad and was not working all through my stay. Not was done about it.

The worst hotel iv ever been to in warri. I certainly dont recommend anyone to lodge in that hotel. Mosquitoes will find is u first of all. The AC doesnt cool, fridge doesnt work, bathroom light doesnt work and room service is rude and always late to attend to ur complaints. Imagine serving dinner by 10pm after ordering it the previous day.

Hotel reception staff is polite, rooms are retro, most fridges dont work, toiletries arent already waiting at check in, You wait for as much as 1 hour to get them.Food seems nice.

I had a bad experience with the workers bcos I could not remember when they serve me with towel and soap together,when they visited my room for clean up for all the days I spent there. Pls improve on all your services.Bcos I wasnt expecting such services from high rated hotel called Park Royale Hotel.

Pretty nice place, cool and serene environment. The rooms are very good especially the main building. Food seriuosly needs to be improved on. I also feel that their customer services need to be improved on. A client loves to be pampered, that is what brings him or her back again and again.

Lovely hotel. Quite pricy but makes up for it with excellent rooms that make you feel away from the hassles of Nigeria. Bed was large and very comfy, room was humongous, the A/C worked perfectly. Only downside was that it had no bath tub. Beside that, its a lovely hotel in a nice part of town.

This location is a very awful place to have a hotel. It is right in front of a major road and at a major junction with a traffic light so the honking of cars at every green light is sickening. Bad place if you are in town for work. No wifi. Everything else is just average. I definitely don’t want to ever return here

Fantastic edifice... Located in the heart of the oil rich city of Warri. The security is good, the ambience is warm and serene. If you are a fan or have faire for Chinese, this is the place to be

The staff are so rude and unprofessional...I called the restaurant asking for toast and the guy hissed and cut the phone on me saying i should stop speaking grammar...Apparently he was angry i called for toast instead of toast bread

Great place to be away from home when you are in warri. The staff needs to improve on customer service and prompt response to clients especially those coming from outside warri.

It has cool rooms, well air-condition, complimentary break fast although its only bread, tea and coffee or beverage, yam and egg, and noddles on the menu list. but there is no internet facility.

It’s the the center of town and a lot of places but their service is very poor ‼️First room had a leakage . Took them 1 week and still not fixed . I changed to another room. The tv doesn’t turn off the toilet light was bad. Changed to a their room after some days . The intercom wasn’t working ‼️‼️‼️ their management and maintenance is ZERo. Staff friendly 80%... what’s what kept Us there for 2 weeks.

It is a relatively new hotel. I didnt see provision of facilities to help people with challenges access their rooms however, they appear open to feedback.They are close to AJ supermarket/restaurant so you can walk down to buy some food you may desire.The facility is located in an estate that seem relatively secured and peaceful/calmThey still need alot to do in terms of: 1) organisation (they do not appear to be adequately staffed-a request can take forever to be attended to); some basic hospitality needs like water did not seem to be a standard provision in all the rooms2) need to get ATM and elevator to easy teansactions and movement resp.for those in need of these3) they need to work on their plumbing though I could see efforts to start fixing those.4) If you are selective in terms of meals especially breakfasts, you may need to make an alternative arrangement as the hotel offer limited options to choose from
