Affordable rooms, nice pool & great catering services, but some more improvement will helpful in the front section of the hotels, its a great place generally

Nice ambience. Good place to lodge if you love to have a feel of the hustle and bustle, rugged life in Warri. Old but definitely has more to offer to make your stay worthwhile than you can imagine

Its looks good from the outside but the room I slept in,the water hitter was not working,and the Ac was making so much noises

The rooms always have one or two issues ranging from plumbing to awful odour to bad air conditioner and pretty much any problems you can think of. Pool is always not in use, cable TV isnt the best. The place needs a massive maintenance. Definitely will not recommend.

Terrible customer service...you have to beg to get things you need like towels, buckets, etc. You have to call to complain of bad AC, water not running, before they think of fixing it. Very bad service.

Not bad at all I logged in a 5400k room and it’s spacious and with that it’s better than some 12k room tho they need to change their duvet it’s old and have food is not bad at all you can pay with POS is and this place is secured there intercom is working perfectly for now I will be staying here for 4night so I will update my review...

Rate in proportion to rooms ok, no lift but stairways so be mindful of your luggages. In all, a good hotel for any traveller

The hotel is okay though a bit old, however lots of renovations are ongoing. They have stable power supply, steady internet service 24/7, pool bar and lots more. Nice place to relax and work from home.

A relatively cheap hotel considering its size and quality of service delivery. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to locate. The swimming pool is of standard too. There is adequate security personnel to make staff and visitors feel safe. Very cozy rooms and cool environment too. The staff are courteous and warm. Nice place for a family get away.

It was okay, i enjoyed the constant power supply for a place like warri where power is an issue they did a pretty good job. But the downside is the cleaning, they need to improve.
