Always crowded and the attendants are slow. Usually takes a little while before you get your parcel.Though on some days its quick as a flash.

One thing is sure they get the job done..they are effective but not efficient. They could do better with their organization and crowd management. I feel its common sense to have different tables/sections for those receiving and those sending. rather than just lumping everyone in the same crowd...Things can be improved but on their core business of logistics and shipping. they are superb.

GIG buses are really comfortable. However its very pricey these days.
