Its was a great experience with this hotel. Their services are superb, there is a bar by the side where a live band entertains guest and customers. Also there is a gym, and other services and stores i didnt check on.A great experience indeed

Not a place for a decent person. Good only for those interested in ladies and noise. I didnt enjoy my stay even though the prices are moderate. Its an out of control place. L

Home of harlorts and call girls. Not for serious minded business. If you lodge in the guest house, forget about being able to sleep everyday until like 1am when the DJ and the live band music shut down. There is no control at the reception as people just walk in up and down without challenge. The front desk is just for bookings and making payments and collecting your room key. Sometimes you hear knocks on your door and wonder what guest you are expecting....most of the time, its random girls knocking to offer unsolicited body massage services. Please dont take kids there....but on a good note, if you are the grooving and highlife type you will enjoy the seat out and entertainment facilities....though it could be overly disturbing to guests. Point and kill fish is sold for N2,500 there but you can get same @N1,000 just few blocks away down the street. You enjoy 24 hours power supply but no internet access, no gym, no swimming pool....nothing. Just sleep , wake up, go to the bush bar.... And sleep again

Many of the Air-conditions do not work, and the crown it all, they have a specific time they switch on their Air-condition which is not good for a place called a hotel.

I recommended my colleagues to go and lodge there, they were there for a week and few days, The speaker of one my colleagues was stolen from his room, we reported the issue to the management and asked them to view the CCTV to know who got into the room to steal the speaker, Till today they did nothing about it, The MD did nothing when the issue was reported to him.. Please be very careful if your going to lodge there .

AC horrible, very noisy accommodation due to the music from the bar downstairs. Thank God for the curfew that meant the bar had to close before 12 or am sure I wont have had no sleep that night.

However, their rooms are well prepared in modesty, have rose-like fragrance at all times like loyal suits. They have well trained staff with good manner of approach, position attitude and always paying attention to details having customers satisfaction at heart.

Good for an evening sitout if you dont mind the presence of ladies.

Very poor service from the restaurant and the hotel. The staff has the worst attitude to customers. I spent two nights. On the second day they didnt change the towel, I requested for a fresh towel but I was basically ignored by the front office staff even after several calls.I ordered for food from the restaurant the soup was so small when I requested for extra soup nothing was done, I had to leave the food I paid for because they refused to serve extra soup.The TV in the room has no plug, the remote has no batteries when I asked for batteries I was told that there was no way to get batteries for the remote.Bad experience overall

Its a top of the Art Relaxation Spot. With lots of Good And Assorted Drinks, Foods and Great Music. I recommend it for a visit, when ever you are in Delta State, Warri, Nigeria.

It is a nice hotel. They have accommodation, a restaurant, a bush bar and their security is tight. The hotel recently added an extension rooms of 3 floors.

A very popular bar amogst young guys and girls...it has a chalet too...you can hardly find a parking spot at night due to its population
