Its a residential areas for military men n their families. Needs a lot of work and infrastructure though, especially electricity.

3 battalion army barrack has a good environment, tight security, good power supply, good road network but some part of the barrack is so dirty and unkept.The houses should be renovated, and drainage properly channelled.

Warri is a place to visit and visit as many time as one can. The serenity, economy power and average infrastructure were amazing.

The place is large but dirty and waterlogging. The streets arent maintained. The market is poorly managed maybe bcos some part are used for residence which include the civil populace.
