A good customer service centre, my phone was resurrected back to life.

I am extremely bothered and hugely disappointing, about a month ago, I purchased a new Tecno Camon 12 mobile and had barely used it for a month before it developed a problem on the 1st of April. It appears the screen touch sensor isnt responding anymore but the screen still shows all my incoming messages. And with all this lock down, Im unable to visit the Tecno office around me. I am really distressed this period and I need a solution to this.
