The rooms are clean and the utilities work fine. Its situated in a quiet area and they dont play loud music till late.

Location is good, I am yet to Lodge there because a friend of mine discouraged me from doing so due to the bad service she had there on two different occasions.

They turn off your Air Conditioner and Water Heater if the Generator is in use despite the above average prices of the rooms.They lack good customer service also.

Emrosy Hotels and Suites is located at a reserved area of Uyo City, Nigeria. It has beautiful and clean surrounding, calm and peaceful. It has reservations ranging from the presidential deluxe to standard. There is also a restaurant and even a bar. Their services are commendable.

My stay here was alright. Everything seemed fair and ok from the service to the room and then the price. The restaurant did take 2hours to deliver my water but it was cold so I guess thats ok😅They have a bar/lounge if you need a few drinks.Its located in a serene and secure neighborhood and its relatively close to the airport.So if you re a looking for affordable accommodation in a quiet hotel with decent facilities Id recommend this one.

I do hotel photography and trust me when I say Emrosy is highly recommended for its serenity, 24hrs power supply, neat well furnished air conditioned rooms, lavishly crafted parking space etc. See attached pictures for more.

Just two stars i dont like this hotel, when you place an order for food it takes two hours for them to deliver, ugh! Dont even start on the fluctuating electricity.

This hotel did not live up to my expectations at all. It is located at a prime area which the management of the hotel could have taken advantage of but obviously didnt. I seriously think needs a management over haul! OK, first things first, the location is great with ample parking. The rooms are moderate and neat however I found the furniture arrangement awkward. The TV was positioned at an angle that is certainly designed to put a strain on your spinal cord. The room I stayed in had a wardrobe sparsely filled with stringy hangers that can not hold a decent jacket upright. I dont know if that was because the room was basic or if it was applicable to all rooms. I will wager on the latter. The toilet facility is something else.It is made up of a shower section that is demarcated from the toilet bowl by an upraised stretch of tiled concrete blocks designed to match the floor tiles (I dont know if this is an apt description). What this means is that you have to stand on the floor to take a shower and the demarcation does not allow the water to get into the toilet area but this purpose is obviously defeated since the sink is blocked. To make matters worse the shower head was broken and a bucket is provided to enable guests to fetch water in the bucket for bathing. For someone who likes to lounge in the bath I couldnt wait to get out of there. The hotel will not delight a foodist as options are limited to only Nigerian dishes which was not out of this world. There was also limited entertainment. The TV channels were pre-selected and the visuals was bad. Dont expect to be connected to the rest of the world either as there is no WiFi. However, the last straw that broke the camels back for me was that during the day you could not use the Air Conditioner because they had to switch to a lower voltage power generator. More so if occupancy is low they may just switch off the generator altogether! Horrendous! I am definitely not going back there. I hope they take this critique with a pinch of salt and improve.
