Amity is alright, I suppose. To be fair, I was only staying a night so I opted for their cheapest room which costs ₦10,000 at the time of this review.The hotel is located in a quiet and serene part of Ewet Housing. No heavy traffic or lousy lounges nearby to interfere with yiur sleep. The room itself was comfortable. The bed is big enough to comfortably fit 3 adults. There was a small couch, centre table, reading table and reading chair in the room. Yup. Its that comfortable - and thats only their cheapest room.However, 3 out of the 4 wall electricity sockets were not functional. The air conditioning wasnt working either. Thankfully the ceiling fan was in good condition.All in all, Amity is a decent place to stay. I do hope to go back again someday and see what their better rooms look like.

If youre looking for just anywhere to lay your head, this might be the place, the customer service is zero. Came in at 12 midnight from an event and had to knock at the gate for up to an hour (no caps), the staffs were dead asleep and offered no valid apology.

I cant imagine calling your receptionist to make some enquiry about your hall and all she could tell me was if you are serious, come and check it yourself How do we do business in Akwa Ibom? Major turn off for that place.

One of the old guards in uyo. The place has begun to show its age and really does need some more attention. Its amenities are slowly beginning to run down. The rooms are quite big and while they are OK for the price point, they could use some upgrade. Theres a bar, but its quite small. The food was OK but not remarkable.

The hotel is very big, beautiful and with a large space. The chef is amazing because the foods were excellent. The manager is also very friendly.

The hotel located in the city of Uyo Akwa ibom state, provides you with a great hospitality and the staffs were helpful. Also, the hotel provides you with almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safaris.The rooftop of the cafeteria was wow. When I say food was great(I mean it)I will recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there.

Nice hotel, however the management is dropping the ball just a tad. For instance, key cards were not working so you had to meet the receptionist everytime you left the room. Towel in the bathroom felt a bit musty. On the plus side, hot water and pleasant staff

Poor customer service and very disrespectful staff. I stayed in Uyo for 3 months and paid Amity upfront for the first week when I arrived. I complained to the lady manager even to the owner about faulty amenities including no hot water, leaking pipes and bad door locks. But when it became clear there is a management failure in the hotel, I took off after a couple of nights... never to return! I promised I would write my review of the place.
