Right from the entrance there was strict adherence to COVID 19 safety measures. Also, I was attended to well, but more can still be done better. There is a queue to be joined before being attended to, this can be frustrating at times.

One of the best banks around. Though the banking hall is usually overcrowded and the ATMs are few, its relatively good.And the online services are pretty cool.

The HQ of First bank in Akwa-Ibom State. U did get any issues you cannot solve at the other branches of First bank sorted out here. Banking hall cant hold the crowd even after relocating to this new location but the staff will make your time worthwhile attending to customers in a timely manner. Cant really blame the bank, the customer base is just too much. Overall, you did enjoy your banking experience
