Nice hotel and located in the middle of Ughelli. This is an advantage for this hotel. Simple, moderate compound and not noisy.It is a serene environment the security guys are also respectful.

The services and hospitality is cool....the hotel needs to get new devut cos the current in use is old and the hotel needs to work on their AC

The beds are comfortable, they do change bedsheets regularly. Kitchen service is prompt. But most of the TVs are without remote controllers. And power sometimes can be out for hours. No laundry service. Not all rooms have ACs and those with ACs have them working at optimum capacity only at night.

Paid a ridiculous amount for the presidential suite and it was very very disappointing. Below are pictures of the presidential suite. I won’t recommend! And the staff, very rude! Appliances not working. Very frustrating to say the least. If you have other options, this shouldn’t be on the list.

The room i stayed in was small.The AC is switched off at certain time of the day.There is no complimentary breakfast.The shower wasnt working properly.It is just a very cheap motel to rest your head.
