This is a great place for those who want peace and calmness. It is located opposite a police state and it is an added advantage if security is your priority. This is not that conventional hotel where a big building is built like an apartment house.The buildings are mostly small and distributed within the compound strategically. A very large compound and amazing space that is almost more than enough for football field.Trees are planted to create green area for sitting out during the day and evenings.Weekends can be noisy especially on Saturdays because of events that usually holds within the compound.This place is the real vintage hotel in Ughelli.

Serene environment but needs maintenance.. AC isnt working neither the refrigerator

The exterior looks like a very low class hotel. However the interior is not bad at all.The bed is big enough for 4 people to sleep on.There is no complimentary breakfast...electricity from generator goes off sometime in the afternoon...if there is no NEPA light...then its darkness for you.It is located far from the bubbling place in Ughelli...almost secluded...quite and serene.I will take this place over most of the hotels I have seen in Ughelli so far.

The environment looks good, the bed makes too much noise when turning. The AC dont come on until midnight and goes off 5/6am even when there is PHCN. The fan in the room does not blow very well to substitute for the No AC experience. The bedding are too old. I think they should just stick to event management and let accommodation go. My experience is not all that, but at least I was able to sleep small till the whole place became hot.

The put off the AC by 5/6am even with PHCN power available. The bedding are old and need to be changed. I think they should stick to their event management and leave accommodation alone.

Its an actual garden in the literal form. Never too crowded and a nice for a evening hang out. Mind you its very quite so no noisemakers allowed. For accommodation it has very few rooms so youve to be quick if want to spend the night. My best place in the town of ughelli
