Good service from the gate your are welcomed customer service is ok they take there to attend your needs and solve your problemBut when its crowded they have unorganised system of maintaining the first come first serve rule but then that a problem related to almost every bank in Nigeria. No sitting space for customers only chair for three customer at a time the rest have to stand for hoursAnd there ATM cash machine is always out of service or out of Cash sometimes it is totally shut down during the weekend when there customers need it most

This place is okay because the Bank has wheelchair and accessible parking space and is a good place to bring young kids. They provide a better services to its customers
