Poor service and communication of their excessive policies. Towel is brown and not white like regular hotels .. cant tell the difference from a rag and the towels. Also, complimentary breakfast is a scam . I was informed no breakfast in the morning after for no reason at all. Not recommended for a decent stay and definitely not worth the charge. 0 star from me

Very poor service! Despite block booking they couldnt put on air-conditioning units until 6.30 pm and goes off 9am. The rooms doesnt have water heater for warm bath. You have to plead for water to be supplied. Brown towel was only supplied at day 2. Dark rooms with dull colours. The worst of it all was that we were all plunged into darkness since about 3am the second night with my little baby very uncomfortable!...... very horrible experience for me as I had to go into my car in the middle of the night to enjoy the car AC couldnt sleep.

One of Sagamu best hotel. Boasts of a great bar around the swimming pool area. Nice decor in rooms depends on your spend. Well patronised by the MNCs around the area.

We paid 20k for lodging and were told they have times when the AC comes on. Infact from 6:30pm the AC would come on. No complimentary breakfast the following morning. I dont know who manages this place but they really need to do better.

I dont really know what the main hotel is like and i dont understand how the annex is called C Mart but it was a real good experience considering i had all sorts of doubts upon my arrival. Yall should check it out if you are in Sagamu.

Lovely site to behold. Neat, entertaining, spacious, calm, great atmosphere, although I havent tasted their foods but Im confident its great. Got a nice green pool, an open roof restaurant with some seats covered with canopies, nice big tv, and a tennis table. Nice lights too. I recommend.

Poor! No AC till 6pm.... small generator?!?! If you cant afford to run a hotel, close it! No towel in room, no remote for TV, no hot water outside about 7pm and 8am.... NO COFFEE!!!!!! A hotel with NO COFFEE!!!!!! SHUT IT DOWN!!!! Staff behave like they are doing you a favor... Breakfast?!? What breakfast?!?!.... walking from poolside back to room... fat rats and I mean FAT.... nuff said!

Nice and quiet place to stay

The place looks good and the room is very good and homely. But the part I dont like about the hotel is the Bar, The waiters and waitress are too slow... They need to reshuffle their bar and kitchen staff because this isnt the 1st time and its more than 3years of such service.

It worth the price

The hotel is nice. The rooms have interesting names like states in America like Nebraska California Texas. It makes it quite fun. The rooms are big and comfortable and they have working fans and ACs. The only issue I had was with the fact that towels and toiletries were not provided. Thats why its not a 5 star because that is a very important aspect of a hotel or guest house. And the bathrooms are not all that interesting but in all overall they are great. Plus they have a bar and very good lounge for relaxing and watching TV. The gym is basic but usable.
