Not so spacious but they do have quality services depending on the hour of visit and also depending on who you know sometimes. That is partial but well, this is Nigeria. And they are well detailed too. I remember one of the staffs asking me questions pertaining to my account, he was detailed, apt and very understanding. But this was not because I knew anyone but just a custom friendly service and also it has been named ACCESS BANK due to partnership with that bank.

The terrible bank that I had. Constantly write off money for admission, withdrawals. Often, an ATM does not give out money, but it writes off a card. The same thing happens when you pay by card in the store. Removes money, but payment does not pass. After that, you have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund.
