A decent and well secured place to live and start a family

I guess the oldest estate in Port Harcourt. Still has 99% perfect road network but old design of house but newer ones are being built to suit residents preference

Quite a big estate, but lots of turns and corners per say.If youre going anywhere specifically, call whoever youre gonna meet for landmarks or go with and guide who knows his/her way around and whom you can trust to to a reasonable extent (Woji and Port Harcourt can be a little dangerous sometimes).

Good and secure residential area but the traffic is huge in the morning, afternoon and evening. Though depending on your location inside woji. Gbalaja inside woji is Bae, just take the bridge going to Peter Odili road and you are everywhere in Port Harcourt in 2min
