Training modules were emailed to me and detailed enough. Modules consisted of presentations and videos. Training was self paced and good for me especially with work. Exams conducted online with an easy to use interface and proper guidance on logging into exam platform. An employee contacted me 2 hours before the exam and ensured I was able to log in successfully at the appropriate time. Really Good stuff.
