Located in a serene environment, lovely staff and fast customer service. I was really impressed.The day I visited they served light breakfast (Golden Morn cereal). If you ever have issues with your Airtel line this is the place to visit. My issue was resolved within 5 minutes.

Upgraded my Airtel sim to 4G and was blessed with a 4G mobile bundle for browsing! I was glad though the receptionist made things unhappy for me initially. I made myself happy all the way, especially, with the free 4G for browsing! Kudos Airtel.

Quite a small office for an upscale branch. Still relatively efficient.polite and Courteous staff. You may take a bit to get done and be on your way.

Good service but could be better. Please ask them for all the required details as they dont share all the info in my opinion. Maybe they just like people to come around all the time.

I was attended to outside the building. It was a windy day so their working materials and notice board kept flying away. Went with my toddler to purchase a SIM card and I had to keep juggling my attention btw making sure the lo doesnt run off and fiĺling SIM registration form.

Compared to that Glo, theyre the best....second to 9Mobile when it comes to customer service..

This place needs expansion, as it is very tight ,people are cramped together, also there is not enough space to escape in case of an emergency. People with wheel chairs cant visit here.

Decent place to do telecoms business.

They are really difficult to locate and their customer service is not friendly to customers, visited there severally but was not impressed, the outfit is to small for what they do, all you need to do when planning to visit is to be patient with them and go with all necessary identification card to avoid being sent away.
