I wasnt impressed with the state of the market. Poor structures, High cost of food items, for example, yam was very expensive. Some places were flooded, and the open cubicles have turned to colony for the homeless and people who live on the streets. This is unacceptable, unsafe and unsecured. However, some sellers displayed their items neatly.
The market is underutilized, its an international market, its supposed to serve all obioakpo and its environment, and connect buyers to local and international products world wide.
Do you need affordable African delicacies, visit here.
Well built but still have many empty shops, as such u hardly see many people selling same things or enjoy the buzz of market here.
It was very nice and did my food stuff shopping easily
No 1 market in Obio/Akpor. It has police station; fire station: proposed schools and banks
Someone lend me a half-rating so I give to this place. Hehehehe!
Clean environment with good parking lots
Went there on Sunday, was still and to do some shopping. That deserves a good review in my opinion.
A big market to get whatever you need. Alot of stores still available
Ive not really explored it
Obio Akpor International Market is a very big market that was built some years ago.The market has all the good facilities a standard market should have, big shops,Large parking space,Sars Police head quarter very close to the market but less commercial activities are happening there because most of the shops are expensive to rent or buy according to most tradersI hope the government makes the shops less expensive so the place can be very Lively
I was in the market to buy items for my farm.
The market is big market, with school, police station, park and so many amenities that will pass for an international market indeed. I just that some day its original plan and purpose will be actualised.
When you purchase an item from this shopping centre, youll understand why its good to be buying from a standard unit
A market where you get frozen fish cheaper
Nice arrangements of the shops
It was Good, I love the road
I have great customers in the market.
Very affordable and modern market
Located along SARS Road opposite the Big Treat Plaza, the Obio-Akpor International is built strong, modern, with lots of lockup shops. In spite of this, it has not generated the patronage it was designed for. Aside well stocked large scale and retail frozen food outlets, only about 5% of the shops are occupied, the rest have remained completely locked up. It is hugely underused and abandoned; save for a few roadside food stuff stalls. Dont visit for a major shopping spree.
Clean environment and good car park
Prices here are fair enough.
Not bad but not comprehensive
Structure on ground but it is not properly functional
Everything you want under the same roof
So nice to all
Thats not an international market o
Obiakpor international market is nice
Hold-ups i very much on that road
Not too active a market
The best bole joint in SARS road
One of the driest markets I have been to, only go their because its close to my crip. But if you are looking for watermelons, this market is definitely the right place for you.You can only get groceries and provisions here for now, a lot of the stores are still vacant
The market is empty people should come and be selling there please
Everything edible can be gotten here...
Nice
Fortunecrest frozen foods have fresh and cheap frozen products
This market is in a decapitated state as most of the shops are under lock and key. Trade activities are been carried out on the shops facing the major road and also in the open space along the major road and pedstrian foot path which gives the environment a poor face lift
Is such an amazing market with beautiful stores, shops, shades and an open field big enough for more than a hundred customers to pack their cars and enters the market for shopping. The market has a great land mass capacity, well secured, in it there is a building for academic activities, a building for security personnel(SARS),a building for fire-service or fire-fighters, The market is located in a very busy and popular legion generally known as Rukpokwu SARS Road, people of all tribes, and languages trade there, all kinds of fruits is sold there in a large quantity, The Yorubas, sell their assorted kinds of meat as much as you would want to buy,(the Cow,Goat,Ram,etc)in the slaughter, while the Fulanis and the Housers, focuses only on the different kinds of fruits and vegetables from the north in affordable prices, the market is open every day of the week, the environment is very safe and sound for every lovers of buying and selling kinds of business. Dont be afraid, go to Obio Akpor International Market and carry out a business transaction, you will not regret your decision to do so. This is from James, the Ambassador.
This market is built to reflect a typical community, it located close to the special anti robbery squad station at Rukpokwu
Agood place to buy everything you need.

It is not any international market. Is just a local market
It need a little touch in the market
New business environment with lots of vacant shops, well situated, with heavy security

A very big market with lock up shops, but still meant to be used maximally

This market has not been officially commissioned and put to the original intended use many years after it was built.
It was nice

Nice
A very day market
Good for buying and selling
It was great
Not quit
Supposed to be an international market but destroyed by politics
Its just ok. For being in a relatively remote area, you can get most of what youd need. Although prices are a bit higher than the usual market rates
Good market space
An open market for the purchase of everyday needs.
U can get what ever you need but its expensive
