Ptol is a terminal manager for accepting and managing imports and exports but they cannot take care of their terminal or the environment it is a very very disease friendly appalling environment that they have kept people to work in with toilet burst pipes and toilet leakage is all over the place the office where officers are working they cannot maintain simple air conditioning. It is the worst terminal I have worked in since all my years as a Customs officer. I strongly recommend that the terminal should be handed over to better operators to manage since they dont respond when you call them or have the initiative or the maintenance culture to maintain a terminal.
Nice staff and good clean environment. Up to the task.
100% nice
A terminal in Nigeria, specifically portharcout. Facilities need facelift though.

Struggling terminal operator.
Well is a good end to be by the weekend
At the berth brakish water, dencity depend from tide level. Range 1,007 - 1,012. Many agents on board, like to living in cabines, and like to eat on board minimum 3 cabines accupated, that is compulsory. Chief foreman stay on the berth, if need to change sequences, direct speak to him, no throug agents. Mostly agents are full zerro, only chop-chop, monkey biseness and slipping, no more. Authorities and inspections like good cooperations, that means money, paint or oil. During first two days passed 12 different inspections. Each inspection group consist 4 - 5 persons. During stay at berth no stollen on board, but to be carefull, all stores door should be welded, and explane to authorities that owner order. Good luck and safely job.
