Best stop for groceries, quite pricey and you pay tax on some items purchased.

Apart from Spar, Market square, Shop rite and other mega shopping mall where kitchen utensils and other kitchen effects are sold... I recommend this as a local place for buying Kitchen effects *local in my opinion as there are still certain things you may not find.

Kitchen World comes in handy when youre too lazy to shop in your local market. I am always impressed by their level of cleanliness. Their prices are a little higher than usual but its worth it.

Wide range of food stuff... Plenty of foreign brands of rice, breadcrumbs, pancake mix etc. They even have a cool room and sell frozen chicken, fish, barracuda, turkey, Jimbo, shrimps....the list is endless.
