It is an average hotel located in a serene environment. They have an okay service delivery. The rooms are neat and comfortable though not quite big. 24/7 power with fully air conditioned rooms.

Just perfect if you just need somewhere to lay your head on the budget. Do not expect water heater, happy beddings and fridge not working... With poor maintenance as witnessed, Id say its glory days might be far behind

Lovely hotel, courteous staff, neat &a safe environment plus they take customers complaints seriously.

From the entrance u would suffer before anyone attends to the gate. Yes clean rooms (talking of second floor). Inappropriate answer from hotel staff e.g. is ur water heater ok? They answered yes. But in reality it doesnt even flow. Dare not request food from the restaurant if u need it even in next 45 minutes. Be vigilant when paying Bills through their POS. # 1,500 could turn to #15,000. I rate them two (2) stars.
