Love the pillows... soft and light and the duvet too. Service is ok. Shame about the door frames as it doesnt cater to very tall people. Food is good. May need a revamp in the near future. Overall hygiene can be improved on in terms of housekeeping.

The good; serene environment, good food, security, budget friendly.The bad; rooms arent very good, lacking in basic things thats expected of a hotel. customer service is poor, some of the cleaners are the ones who serve you food. The managers run the hotel like a personal shop, my experience on 25/7/2020 left me wondering how I ended up there.

Situated in a Fresh atmospheric conditioned area. Elegant building with divers colours which makes it stand out unique amongst others.....lots more to mention but a few...

I honestly read the reviews here saying this hotel is great and I conclude that it seems as Nigerians our standards are now below par by default. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Rooms reek of damp, bed linens are all stained, toilets are horrible, air conditioning doesnt work in some rooms. Very old decor and its obvious the management have refused to maintain this hotel and keep it modern. Had to change rooms thrice to find a room that I could manage for the night due to late arrival in PH. Attention to detail is so bad, its beggers belief. Couldnt even eat at the hotel because if the rooms are this way, one wonders what the food hygiene standards will be like. So for anyone reading this... Stay here at your own risk. I hardly give reviews but I think I owe it to the public to be aware that this hotel is completely run down. As Nigerians please lets stop condoning mediocrity. Say no to Nigerian factor. Its not about paying for what you get, you either know about hospitality services or you dont. Hotel standard agencies and inspectors, please do your job!!!

I was scammed by Vhelbherg hotels in conjunction with Expedia on 5th January 2020. They debited my card, gave me a fake booking and receipt and later denied that they do not work with Expedia on my arrival. They made me pay a second time after leaving me stranded and up till today I have not received my refund back. These guys are scammers please beware guys.

There is need to improve in the services, and cleanliness.I recommend the hotel management should start thinking of renovating.

Worst experience ever, when i arrived, I was paying the cab in the car and then a security approached insisting that we must get off the car. The morning before i left my cuz came to see me. And walked up to the room after i told them i was expecting a guest. They insisted that he must come down and sign in and when he asked that they should bring the form to the room they walked him out with a police officer and a gun. Shouting and embarrassing him.Will never use that hotel again

Nice and cozy hotel located in trans amadi industrial layout so great for business travellers especially those with business in the oil and gas industry. Located between the major trans amadi road and the popular odili road, this makes it easy to access all the major places around. Its not far from market square for shopping or lesukka for hang out. The area is central and busy yet not loud and noisy. Room rates are moderate and budget friendly. Food is good.
