Place requires a complete overhaul. Room and bathroom looks like something the cat just dragged in. This is not what is expected of a super deluxe room.Restaurant and kitchen services also needs serious improvements in the customer service department. If the room rates remain the same, I am of the opinion there should be a downward review of prices, at least for what is being offered.

The deluxe rooms in this place are insane!!!!Theyre basically suites with couches and everything!And then the suites...... #sob.... I could live there.

First night was not good. No towels, soap, tissue paper was given. Had to come down to get towel myself.
