Its a neat hotel. Close enough to the University of Port Harcourt but far enough that youre not in the bustle of the school campus. Its an ideal place for lodging if you want to visit/access the University. Its in a serene and communal environment so theres some level of safety.The staff are not rude but are not cordial either. Its almost as if theyre are robots and it gives the feeling of not being welcomed.The rooms are quite sizable, the bathroom is really neat and big but the shower stall is very tiny. Its almost difficult to bath without having body parts touch the walls.

Its my second time using this hotel. Its a decent, peaceful and cool spot located in a friendly area in PHC. 24hr power supply with spacious and affordable rooms. The manager is a responsible and responsive man.

Nice environment, nice room too but customer service is 0%. I practically had to remind the rude lady 3times before I could get a towel. Finally got a towel after 4hours.I lodged there on an official capacity and maybe she acted that way because I looked way too young. Tell your staff to treat customers with the respect they deserve. Horrible experience.If I had enough time, I would have demanded to see the manager.

Am satisfied spending two night here, the customer service were very polite, prompt and attentive. The rooms are very reasonably affordable compared to others. The meal served was topnotch. I would be spending more time here again during my next business meeting
