Good Location with Naval Quarters next to it giving a sense of security. Welcomed by a dripping A/C water at the reception door. the room are sizeable but very old facilities and has failed tp upgrade. In-room seats are terrible and look infested. At long the quoted rate will not be a value for your money.

Very dirty. Filthy, even.Rude, uncooperative, uncoordinated staff.You have to beg them to clean the room.Cigarette smoke everywhere.Flying cockroaches, mosquitoes and every other insect under the sun.Dirty sheets.Bad TV.Extension box not working and there is only one socket.Poor lighting.Smelling septic tank.The entire hotel is a nightmare.

The rooms can be bigger, polite staffs and cozy environment. The rates also are really affordable.

The hotel looks really ancient in terms of facility. Guess because its situated in Old GRA. The management need to do more in renovations not just the external but interiors. The picture attached is an executive suite with old torn mattress with old seat. Not so impressive!

The receptionists that attended to me were quite rude. Always ask for room to be sprayed with insecticide. The restaurant staffs were quite nice though it took over an hour for my order to arrive.

Located in the heart of the city of Port Harcourt this is an exciting place to relax and enjoy the weekend. I love its suites.
