Clinic of her class

I walk into the clinic 1/6/2021 around 6pm to seek medical attention only for the receptionist to direct me upstairs to see the secretary, went upstairs secretary wasnt on her sit, I waited for like 10mins before she return to her seat, only for me to lunch my complain, she redirected me downstairs that she has close for the day, I went downstairs and meet the receptionist again to give her feed back from the secretary, but she kept mute, I stood for 1min and nobody to ask or say anything to me meanwhile, it was health challenge that made me visit the clinic. I had to walk away to another hospital to get my treatment as this is not the first time Im having this bad experience as it seem to be a norm at kez clinic.

Very professional and courteous staff. Very satisfied with the service received.
