Terrible patient customer service. The staff, including the cleaners behave like theyre working in a government hospital, not empathetic, slow in responding to concerns of patient. The environment inside is not very clean, poorly maintained even though it looks pleasant from outside. Poor maintenance culture is the bane of Nigerian infrastructure.

The new face of First Rivers Hospital has really changed alot of things, friendly, dedicated and professional staffs, latest modern medical facilities, neat, safe & serene environment and very quick responses to emergencies. One of the best hospitals in the Garden City

Good hospital and work place

Pretty organized. The computerized operations makes for quick turn around. The staff were courteous. Service was quick. I have used it two times and I am happy with services I received. The idea of one generalissimo evaluating patients and changing priorities on the fly is novel and good. The equipment needs upgrading. I saw dated stethoscope and blood pressure measuring tool that needs coaxing to work

Ive been here twice with my mother to see a specialist and my observation is that they are not very organised.Getting drugs from the dispensary takes forever and the place can get a bit crammed on some days.Their patient advocate however is doing a good jobEdit: The pharmacist gave us ABONIKI balm in place of the anti inflammatory gel the doctor prescribed. When we asked her about it, she said they didnt have any in stock.So why not say that in the first place?

So I was rushed to the hospital 2 minutes ago on emergency.I was quickly received and attended to even before they started my documentation. The hospital is just great and their value for life is very commendable.I would recommend this hospital to anyone in port Harcourt and environs.

Fair service delivery, could do better in terms of reduced waiting time

This is not my first time in this hospital but today I met a well dedicated Doctor (Dr Chisom) , The attention I got from her show there is still hope for Nigeria.

Its moderate. Mixture of rude and nice staff but I encounter mostly the nice ones... Maybe because Im nice... I cant say much about their services because I havent been admitted before. I only go to visit patients as part of my community service... And the nurses have been very helpful.

Their services and facilities are top notch. Their Doctors and Nurses are also extremely good.

Dental service is top notch and affordable.
