Very terrible experience. Seemed they just wanted to delay me for no reason. Went to have my fasting blood sugar checked, took the sample and had me wait for over 4 hours. They casually suggested I should go buy biscuits if I was hungry. How can you ask a diabetic to go buy biscuit? Very terrible service.

I received VERY poor service from the female pediatric doctor I met on 20th July, 2021. She displayed a very unprofessional, nonchalant attitude towards me and my kids. A nursing/admin staff had made an understandable error with my folder. I believe thats something that could have been corrected internally, without even displaying her disappointment before her patient. But she chose to direct her grievance to me in a rude manner. This doctors behavior is a complete contrast to how Ive known Ebony Hospital. Proper training should be given to staff such as this one please.
