Calm and welcoming
Its a riverine area
Nice though
Is a remote area in rivers state with poor average and low income earners living around those area and it has activities of bunkers who do oil and gas activities in that area making it a polluted place to leave.
Filled with slums and their slumlords. More like a ghetto but with some sane people who just found themselves there due to harsh economic condition. You can easily find all manner of people (the good, the bad and the ugly) in this neighborhood.
I dont hate Bundu, is a place you meet different kind of people in life. You learn from them and they too learn from you. Bundu is a nice place.
The living condition is very poor, occupants are liable to have health issues over time.
Very Dirty.
Nice
Its not a high class area as one wld expect, but its habitable by poor and few law class personals. It has no governmental establishments like hospitals or bank, but it has one governmental school few governmental approved private schools
I like the IBETO part of Bundu water Front because the area is peaceful and secured.
Bundu Ama, Port Harcourt is a densely populated water front area. Cost of living is quite low here due to the fact that most of the housing systems lack basic requirements like toilets. The drainage system in some parts is also poorly managed leading to flooding during heavy downpours. Health care system is poor because we can only boast of one health centre that is barely enough to accommodate the population. A good Security system is also one of the shortcomings of the area.
Bad road network. Houses are built without approval. Hideout for criminals although there are also very decent people residing there
It was okay
Its a place with diversity of tribe, blessed with various people of great enthusiasm for business.
Congested area, with poor drainage system and full of illicit activities. Though there are few who stick to their faith and thus lean unto God. You can survive easily in this ghetto.
Bundy waterside, is a home to poor people, there is the Nigerian Port Authority Duck yard, federal prison and the warders barracks together with NPA barracks and old Railway quarters. The waterfront is dominated by locally refined Diesel dealers including kerosene.
Great place full of real life experience
This is a very interesting place to work
Uncomfortable and dirty
Not too bad but theres need to improve the terrain and security.

The people are warm and friendly. Government needs to look into their welfare
It has large portion habitable land, but not properly planned.
Very calm and free to live but its lovely too
Safe and secure to non-trouble makers
Ghoto...... People Envy you when they see you progressing 😢😞😞
Bundu waterfront, a densely populated part of the old Port Harcourt city. Lively with all kind of poor and middle class residents, mostly ijaws and Akwaibom people, no floods as the river there is salty. No social amenities safe for NPA and Prison quarters, old and delapidated.
The waterfront was site seeing
Good
Well the place was peaceful as of yesterday,
This places is a nice place to stay...
It nice and good experience
Waterfront in Nigeria Portharcourt, slum, ghetto and home for helpless poor people, cultists including.
The road is horrible. In peak traffic, park your car on the main road around the Prison area, except you want to get it scratched.
A wonderful place
Nice place to visit
Ghetto, thats all i have to say
A form of Ghetto life here
So scary 👹 during summer 🏖 due to lack of building 🌇 planning 📆
Its a nice waterfront
A stone throw to Federal Maximum Prison
Good
Its a community by the river banks.
Just that there are security in the area
The place is not that bad to live but, many people are suffering because of poor living conditions.
The road is dilapidated
Bundu waterside community
Not the safest place to be late evening and too early in the morning
Its village with bad road
The security position in this place is very poor
The area is not very safe as the activities of cult groups are much
Changes in progress
Bundu is a quite place to live but their moral values is worst than that of Sodom and Gomorrah
Messy and dirty...
Not too neat
