Point block is the tallest building in the Secretariat, is a 17 story building that has more that 12 Ministries including ministry of power at the last floor, ICT at the 4th floor and others as well , has four elevators that enable easy movement of people from one ministry to another. The ground floor is always vibrant even during working our as government workers move from one sector to the order doing there daily activities.
