Its unfortunate that I failed to check others review before visiting. I believe health care service are to be error free and proactive. This is not the case here, poor reception and errors on diagnosis. They gave me incomplete result on delicate matters on two separate occasion and were not sorry for it.

I do not believe you spent the money you and possibly your partners spent on this place to have people you employ run it down by chasing people away.Kindly change the HR management team of this business especially a certain Lynn and sunny (Admin). This call out has also been confirmed by others.There is no reason why employees of an establishment as this should not know how to handle customers and their excesses. You cant call yourself an establishment that offers Intercontinental services yet the behaviors of the front desk people (first point of contact) who are meant to promote this image is contrary to the said vision. You are losing revenue, LOTS OF REVENUE because of this.I drive way out of my way to come and get my imaging done here but each visits have left a more bitter taste in my mouth than the visit prior. Is either by the way I am treated or watching how others are treated. It is distasteful!Your best front desk person in your establishment is Gift in my opinion, Your best radiographer is Ibere and Innocent and best radiologist is Dr. Regis and the clinical manager (fair skin guy). All of them I have judged based on their customer service approach.Everyone else needs to be either reorientated or sacked! You never go tow to tow with a customer no matter the attitude they give off.If you are having difficulty handling a customer bad attitude you ask someone else with a better temperament to attend to them. It is NOT your position to lecture a customer on their attitude, to speak back to a customer in a disrespectful matter, i.e. Something is wrong with your head, who are you? Etc! It is crazy! How can an admin manager and her subordinate be doing this to a customer. What if something IS wrong with the customers head? Is that how you should speak to them? Are you not a diagnostic center?How can an admin manager go into a row with a paying customer, in front of other customers? A MANAGER!You are providing healthcare services. You should already know most people who come in there are tensed, anxious, sad and possibly angry. This might change for worse or better after they get their results. If you are not sensitive to these plight of your customers, you have no right being there in the first place!

On time attendance

Follicular scan was the purpose explained to the radiologist but all that the result contain was ovaries are in normal shape. Bullshit! Signed By one nwankwo ekene. Requested for info about viral marker from the ibtercontinental diag receptionist ( tests required before employing household staff), she couldnt provide answer. Later beckoned on one of the male staff passing by, that one said ....60,000 ngn result will be ready only after 3 weeks. Ordinary HIV and Hepatitis B viral marker???? Complete bullshit. This centre just have a big building but poor service.

Not a place to recommend people especially people with emergency. Not impressed. Waited for an hr plus now and still counting and consultant still on the way....

Customer service is very poor. Patient did two test and days after the results were supposed to be ready they were not. Called the center on the phone and got the run around by the staff. did not get value for money.

Just to get a test result is a problem and it is over 8 days the test was done. I called the receptionist, she told me to call back in 5 mins, I called again and another girl picked claiming her colleague answered earlier and told me to call in 5 mins, I told her that was the same response I got earlier then she said the result was not ready that they are waiting for the consultant. After 8 days, they told me the result will be ready in 5 days and now after 8 days all storiesReally too poor.....

Very poor customer service. 2weeks now since I ran a test, but getting the result is an issue. At first,I was told the result wasn’t ready after 5days even when I was told to come pick it up in 3days. Two weeks later, nobody to scan the result to me. This is really bad.

Avoid this place abeg. Bad customer service. Long waits and rude staffs.
