Excellent diagnostics center. Standard equipment available. Professionalism in handling patients.

I think this is the best diagnostic center in port Harcourt. Im impressed by all the things they do. They even offer free ambulance service if the patient is in an emergency situation. The staff are courteous, I got to interact with some of them and most are professionals with post graduate training. They also are very involved in research. If I ever need a diagnosis, it has to be Image

A pretty decent ediface theyve got but like they said, first impressions matter.I brought my aunt here and she saw a lady who checked her... My aunt had pains in her tummy.After that, we were asked to pay #3500 for the scan, Abdominal scan. I did that, paid with my card...and had to wait another 30mins, sitting at the Reception and looking at all the Staff walking to-and-fro and making so much noise in the lobby. It was the most ridiculous thing to experience. This was some minutes after 5pm, their closing time, apparently.After about 35mins, I walked up the lady where I had paid for the scan and demanded how much longer wr had to wait, she literally walked out of her cubicle and went somewhere else.I went and sat back down, and after a few minutes, spoke to a gentleman I had seen earlier with hospital latex gloves on. I explained to him that Id been here with my aunt, and weve been waiting to be seen.Before my eyes, he went and spoke with some chap and they took my aunt in. I was stunned.I then asked the man what just happened!? How I could have been here for so long and if I hadnt spoken to him, we still would have been waiting there.I had come to this clinic, seen someone, made payment and was asked to sit and wait. Until I drew someones attention, I still would have been here and perhaps, seen eventually.This is the system in Nigeria. Your money first, every other thing follows after, if it does.This probably isnt the norm, but the day it mattered to me, I am slightly disappointed.
