This location is far out but considering that islt is in the industrial area, it makes business sense. The office is neat and smells fresh. Customer movement from the gate and through the offices to the counter is well choreographed. Unfortunately, get ready for long waiting whether youre receiving or sending parcels.For 4 stars, hopefully, they work on seat assignments so later customers dont get ahead of early arrivals.Small parking space robs this DHL of the 5th star.

The customer care experience I had here was quite shocking. The attendant smile throughout. He was fantastic. Allowed me take my time. You can receive and send packages from this point. And you get the feeling that things are proper and secured. It is so organized. Not quite wheelchair friendly. Very professional staff.

One of the best courier service companies in Nigeria with coverage all over the world. You can dispatch documents and have them picked up within a few days across the world. The pricing is not too pocket friendly. They are very professional and courteous. The location is not so easy to find in Trans Amadi for a first timer. This place also doubles as a US VISA collection and drop box centre.

CoVID-19 protocol enforced, so please go with your mask. The queue is short about 12 persons, being attended to by 4 staff.

Giving three stars Cos I’ve had a slightly different experience with dhl. Until recently, their dispatch would never deliver my parcels to my address. They would always claim they came and couldn’t locate it even without placing a call or message through. After years of complaints, was surprised to finally have my parcels delivered to me without complaint or back&forths! I had visited on a different note, to enquire about their business account and was assured I would be reached with all the details. This was after ‘traveling’ to their trans Amadi office. Till date, this information was never sent and I quietly took my business to God is good who sent details instantly!

DHL refuse to deliver my package saying address is wrong. Never called me to get direction or at least deliver in an open place if they have any security concerns. Worst courier service in Nigeria in my opinion.

Personnel at the visa collection centre are fantastic

The place was quite difficult to locate using the map. I just think the office has to check there position on Google Map and change the address. If not that I had to ask someone I would have not found the office. The address on the map is far from where the company actually is. Thanks
