Quite small, insufficient computers/laptops, not reliable. I contacted them for a laptop which I was made to believe was available and on getting to their store at market square, orly road, Owerri, I realised it was still in transit and didnt arrive till the next day, in other words my time was wasted coming there to get what I was told was available. Accessibility not good. Customer satisfaction is zero.

Took my printer there that was bad and wasnt powering on for Assessment and Repairs. They called after 3 days, gave a bill and finished repairs after about 3weeks. Went to pick it up and tried to confirm full function before taking it home, and they couldnt confirm it. Apparently only the power was worked on and nothing else. Really sloppy service i.m.o. Never going back there

This is an excellent place to go if you want a wide variety of genuine Hewlett Packard (hp) products. The staff are quite knowledgeable and courteous.The only drawback is that they are largely a one brand (hp) shop.If you want other computer brands you would have to look elsewhere.
