This is the worst place to take your laptop to, instead of repairing my laptop it was damaged completely, a new laptop of barely 3months... Very unprofessional customer service, poor communication, I was left in the dark for 1week just to diagnose the fault, the motherboard was completely damaged, what kind of unprofessional service is this.. 270,000 naira gone just like that

Seriously the HP service center at Isiokpo street PH are just so incompetent and lack communication skill.my laptop was lodge for over 3month and now and still it has not been fix..this is system that is still under warranty.all she keep keep telling me is custom delay.why will custom delay HP product.are they also importing illegal drugs.. my office work has just been pilling up and i have my end year report to work on..My next action when i get to HP office they wont like it.so incompetent.

I had my office HP Laserjet printer replaced with a brand new one. Yes it took a little longer than I expected but getting a brand new replacement even though our warranty was expired made me extremely happy. I always communicated with Head Office myself without waiting for the service centre to do that for me because they (Service centre) couldnt answer my questions at a point. I think the service centre needs to get more competent technicians.
