Its not a place you should if youre extremely hungry. The waiting time is too long and theres nothing to munch in while you wait but there are card games you can play though. The food tastes great and it also has a cozy atmosphere. Very quiet.

If you missed how your grand mas food taste. I mean the grandma that can cook. Try native tray.I especially loved their specials (native tray fisherman soup) and the environment is quite cozy and homely.You get to play games while you wait for your food.

The coconut rice and prawns taste good. Though waiting time is something else. The environment is nice and quiet...I will recommend you pay a visit for great tasty food experience

Native Tray kept their word on their food delivery time.The food was decent and sizeable. The price was also not so much(affordable) with about N7k taking care of two adults.Location is great, but signage can be better.Also a good spot for quality pictures

I had an awesome experience at the native tray restaurant in Port Harcourt. The food tasted so good and the customer service was superb. Nice work people 👍🏻.

Native Tray is located in the slightly busy area of GRA PORT HARCOURT. It shares the same compound with Studio 24 and is almost behind it. They would do well to put proper signage to make it visible from the Onne road as one could easily miss it. The compound has adequate parking space though the area is traffic prone so be sure to check Google maps. The staff are courteous and very helpful with my request. Theyre also very dedicated as I had them responding to my emails long after they had closed. I think they need to clean their restroom and fix some leaks. Their menu is very very rich in Native Nigerian meals and I have heard very tasty too. I hope that when my order arrives, I enjoy it. I will definitely update my comment on their meals.

We didnt eat there, we took our food to go. Yam and pepper soup. It was really good! My wife and I were worried about how it would taste but it did not disappoint.

I like the African feel of the place. The games kept me busy while I waited for my order. Order took over an hour to arrive though. Will be nice if they can improve on this as Ive gotten the same complain from other visitors.

Freshly cooked meals. I liked how the place is set up and looking traditional. The idea is for the place to look Native and African and they killed it. I tried their Native Tray Fisherman Soup and I loved it, with the prawns, crabs, snails and other seafood. The price will also not dent your pocket. They have two (2) outlets in Port Harcourt: Onne Road, GRA Phase II, close to Studio 24 and Transamadi on the immediately after the first round about outward Garrison. I recommend you give it a try.

They didnt have half of what was in their menu, and after they verified my order of oha soup and saying it would take 30 mins, they returned after about 50mins to say that oha leaves wasnt available!!!
