Its been quite a while I visited Best Bite though, but at all visits, its always been a pleasure. Nice set up, organized sitting, spacious and good for love birds.I love mostly the entrance access to meals, as the place set up guides you through your meal choices before heading out straight to the cashier to pay and then picking a choice sit. Interior is neat and customer service is good, really good. Try out one of their cakes and youll discover the difference.

It was a mecca of sort for teeming customers and people that wanted to hangout or meet each other.My experience was great, but it seemed like they were not able to carry out market analysis to gain insight on what their customers actually needed.It is still there at a very good location in Artillery junction, but they will be playing catch up to competition around them.

Over the years its been the same below average for my liking.I think they should rebrand and do a total overhaul of their management team, and service. To get a better delivery to the public. Considering the strategic location where Best bite is situated. Artillery adjacent to Total filling station.

Nice place. The food was OK. Plenty of options if you want bread. Driving in might be a little challenging due to the tricycles (Keke) which stop around the entrance. The chicken was meaty and well done. 😋

Rude staff, horrible customer service, ice cream tasted like custard.. Though the shawama was fair.. The environment isnt encouraging too plus it looks ancient, annoying music as well..
