I would have given them a 0 star. The one star is for the environment not for there services. There scans & xray results are always wrong! I almost died because they gave me a false result of a clean bill of health. I stayed back home thinking I was OK, until my situation got worse. The hospital xray and scan revealed my worst fears.My pastors wife is going through a worst situation because of a wrong diagnosis from Pyramid

They are organized and professional. But some of their staff especially in the scan n xray unit sometimes refers patients wrongly

I felt rejected and unwelcomed during my visit.I think their receptionist should be given training on customer service relationship. She was not welcoming and responded in a rude manner. Their staffs generally should be educated on how to relate to customers, they should look at customers when communicating, we are not roborts and we are bringing in money where they are being paid from.

I went to pyramids diagnostics for a 4d scan as advertised by them. The type of picture result I was given was terrible. I will not advise anyone to go to pyramids for 4d scan. Maybe 2d scan well. Disappointed. Also the response of their receptionist on phone to simply answer simple questions like address to the place and time of operations as so disrespectful.
