Its a beautiful gym with a nice range of equipment, especially the dumbbell sizes. There are two different areas, for cardio - bikes, treadmills, etc. and for strength training.The members are helpful and lookout for each other. The only downside is the size of the gym. Its not exactly spacious if thats important to you.

There practice of wellness is awesome

Its an indoor pool. Fun and secure place to hang out with the kids. Workers there are very polite. The facility is quite new so everything is neat and shiny. I hope it stays that way. 😊

If a high quality gym with start of the art new facilities.

For a clean environment only I give this 3 stars. For other things, as per the exercise and professional guidance, gym instructor takes everybody through same stuff meanwhile some are there for different health reasons. Not everyone can be subjected to same exercise regime. Sometimes no instructor to guide you. At other times, one instructor for s whole bunch of people. A bit pricy place. They have no treadmill while they claim treadmill is not a good exercise instrument. For real???? Go wellness nail Saloon has no nail technician who can attend to customers. Its a beautiful and clean place but with little or no professionals to offer service

Go Wellness Resort is around Rumeibekwe. Very good gym facilities for weight lifting, aerobics, etc. They also have spa and massage facilities, swimming pool, a VIP lounge and a specialized restaurant. It’s a very good place if you’re trying to loose weight or add muscles or keep fit.
