Everything is nice, enjoyed my dinner, but rooms need more attention and renovation, specially internet was not good at all in rooms

I gave a 4 star coz its a really cozy place.- Fine ambiance- Fine food- Cheerful staff- Soothing music, however I withheld one star due to the length of time it took to finally have my order ready and served(it took long 🙄)

A lovely place. Has an art studio

They have a glorious art gallery. I would return only to visit the gallery but the hotel management needs to get more involved with management/staff training as a matter of urgency.Was locked out of the hotel for a while once when I got back late, my shower was turned off on several occasions; on one of which I was offered a bucket of water even as I had soap lather all over me. Waited for 30 minutes to have my final bill sorted and the guy at the front desk was calculating on his phone and calling out a figure to me, instead of presenting me with an invoice. Poor professionalism, infrastructure is slowly deteriorating and you can hear conversations from rooms in the hallway.

The service was eager. The rooms however looked poorly maintained though clean. The bathtub hadnt been properly scrubbed, the wallpaper was unsightly at the corners. Water marks were all over the bottom of the walls. The shower in the room I stayed was broken so the staff helpfully brought me a bucket. Overall an average experience only helped by the genuine friendliness of the staff.

I almost clicked the 5 star button. If only they had a bigger space. Cool beautiful hotel. Very private and noiseless. Didnt stay for too long but I could assume there customer service would be great too. My only turn off is the lack of parking space. Infact driving out of the premises could be a great deal.

Good location in old GRA, away from all the hustle and bustle of PH City.. Clean hotel, working amenities. Real value for money. You can always get a good deal here as per room rates. It has a lovely bar and a lounge too.

Superb place to be serine neat and quiet a lovely place to be at.

Their showers ran rather too slowly and their generator burnt my phone charger. The light was always epileptic.

Beautiful outlook, excellent kitchen service and the staffs have good customer orientation. But, the air conditioners in most rooms need to be serviced because they dont cool properly.

I cant imagine executive room without water 🚱

The hotel is an amazing place to stay at. The structure is absolutely fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Although, the food service can be a lot better- notwithstanding, the food is awesome when it finally arrives.

Superb experience

Its a nice place with a nice finishing. There is an indoor pool but it doesnt look like something an adult can swim in. Maybe kids could play in it but definitely not for adults.

Cozy place with casual meeting rooms, indoor miniature swimming pool. Hanging veranda bar, decent rooms. A lovely place! Had Chapman and few drinks with friends there recently.

Average hotel, relatively clean.It has free WiFi and the kids were happy about that.Pleasant and helpful staff members.Parking is a challenge as the space is tight and fits only about 4 cars at once.Convenience light was out and had to sleep with the lights on in the bedroom because there was no switch in sight.Its warm and cosy though

Top notch architecture

Portable budget hotel which provides guests with a satisfactory hospitality experience. Clean rooms, toiletries, speedy wi-fi and secured key card doors. The crib has an underground swimming pool and a no smoking VIP bar which provides real comfort and privacy. It is located in the highbrow old GRA of PH. The location is however a bit difficult to quickly locate.

Lovely Cottage Hotel tucked away in a corner of the Old GRA Estate for privacy and exclusive service. Its modern and lovely.
