This heliport is a touch unorganized, especially for supporting the oil field.No flight departure schedule at all, check in time starts at 07:30, you could sit there waiting all day for your flight being they do not post departure times. No Wfi, which is absolutely ridiculous, bottom line, this heli port is very run down and outdated. The staff need better training too.

Very poor service , very long waiting time. We arrived at 6:00 in the morning and get our flight at 17:20 in the evening.The arrangement must be improved. Possibility to booking flights online will reduce the waiting time and total amount people waiting in the area.No VIP lounge for relax and sleeping during waiting. To much noise in the hall all people screaming. The best option to reduce noise create separate rooms for arrived people immigration and for waiting flight.The building layout must be improved. Toilets only 2 for 150+ people in waiting area its to less. Must have 10 toilets for man due to the most are man there.
