I came into town for a wedding reception. The hall was easily located. The main bowl can seat 500 guest. The parking space was not adequate.

No ,the service is poor, the heater is not working, theres no towels in the room. They wrote no smoking ,but the smell of smoke almost choke us.

This hotel has one of the best facilities in Oyo town.A big Fully air-conditioning Hall that can accomodate over 500 people, A gallery and a big packing lot/space.The hotel has various air conditioning Rooms wit International treats. It is of internatinal Standard.

Just want to explain briefly the hotel experience in Nigeria. There are 3 categories mainly, those who go for the dining experience, the clubbing experience and those who go and stay the night. I fall into the latter category. I booked the standard room, the hotel wasnt conducive enough for me to stay 2 nights. The room and corridors where really dark cos the generator was hardly on. I was given a stained duvet, the rooms really need a revamp. Maybe the hotel excels in the clubbing and dining experience. Make your hotel welcoming by lighting the place up throughout the day.

Nice, cool place with adequate security

Its actually a beautiful place to relax and chill as theres a bar in the compound, they also have a restaurant. I had an issue though as the room was a bit hot because the AC didnt work very well and all we had was a small fan to compliment the AC. I discovered I should have slept in the reception because it has the best AC in the building.

Actually a beautiful relaxation centre. The too much nearness to the main road reduce its serenity due to noise and emissions from passing vehicles. Much complains have been around the condition of their rooms majorly the lightening and cooling. Aside that, the restaurant, bar and club is excellent. Are you in Òyó Town? Dont leave until you visit Tees, its actually one of the best in your. You can tell me about their fish if you visit the place

Its a nice place to have fun.. Good locationThey have mini supermarket where you can various varieties of goods. They also have a bar which has a good for group and individual enjoyment when less busy. There is a presence of lounge too. Which is affordable for medium class and there is rooms for high class of people that meet up to standard for comfort. Executive bar and VIP bar is also available for privacy. Its beautiful place to be, dont miss out

If you are looking for one of the best chill out spot I oyo town, you should definitely try out this place. Theyve got good drinks and a good menu too.The lounge is great and if you want to Lodge over you can their rooms are great.

My experience at Tees Resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities is also, but they need to improve on maintenance of facilities to enable it usability always.

I like your resort. Its cute and of good standard. However last time I lodged in, I was served breakfast free, the second day. Again, the hotel became too noisy along the corridor throughout last night. Please do something about it.

Okay place

Hospitality and well managed..! Though some elite and rich people can shot it down by booked the whole rooms in that hotel on weekends like Friday and Saturday. But hotel is very okay and very very secured for lodgers! No power supply interruption and their staff are well trained.

The place nice and quiet, full security guard inform of men and gadgets. There staff are well trained. Twenty four hours electricity.

Serene atmosphere. The hotel is a no smoking one. The bar is quite separated from the hotel. It allows for distinguishing lodgers from fun seekers.

Their service is very poor. There is no 24 hours electricity , no water heater. For them to bring hot water, its will take hours.

Fine Hotel with good services by pleasant staff

Fair , not comparable to that of bigger towns but manageable, complimentary breakfast if u spend 10k upwards

The place isnt well kept at all. The common areas were hot and the food was lousy. We paid for a room but all we did was took a shower and left and it was one of the more expensive rooms.

It is very accessible, it located in a conductive environment. It is a wonderful place to relax and have great time after a stressful day at work.
