ABC used to be my all time best transport services company, but I dont know where they missed it. The need to go back to the drawing board is pressing! This is a sincere plea to the owners and management to revamp service and delivery of same.

The facilities are very unkept, making it look really old. The environment is not kept clean. Very old and dirty seats in the arrival and departure halls. Am there are no facilities managers for the company. Cobwebs and Spiders all over the ceiling and walls. No aspect is neat. Theyre the first to start very well and organized. Yet organized but the environment is truly a cause for concern. They need total overhauling of the facilities.

It was large spacious, and well ventilated.However, the person making announcement wasnt really speaking coherently, but then, that could be the speakers.I think the toilets need more attention and care. They werent in good condition when I used them. There was no water, or tissue, or smell of air freshener.

Enjoyed my trip with these guys. Social distancing fully observed and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Departure the was respected too. Nice one

Associated Bus Company also known as ABC has been a pacesetter in rendering comfortable land transportation both for passengers and parcels. This Egbu road branch office is about half a kilometre from fire service round about opposite Government Technical College. A well built terminus with provision for bus park, spacious arrival cum departure hall and a big warehouse for goods sent via abccargoexpress. Shops exist for basic necessities like food, snacks, drink etc.

Standard has dropped in terms of travel comfort but still one of the best transport companies in Nigeria

This place started out great with the drive to transport Easterners to several parts of Nigeria but the maintenance of the terminal is poor.The lack of cleanliness and orderliness is overwhelming.A lot of work needs to go into structural and staff maintenance as travelers who have always held ABC in high repute are beginning to be dissatisfied.

This transport agency in Owerri is very terrible at delivering services. This isnt the first or second time I had faced challenges traveling with them! Theyd lie to you about having available buses, delay for hours, charge extra for AC and put you in a non-AC bus eventually and youd embark on a hell of a ride!

This particular park is not almost up to the standard expected of ABC. Dilapidated facilities with staff that need more trainings in customer service...its almost as if ABC transport is still living in 2005!! Perhaps someone need to remind them that this is 2019.... waiting area is spacious, but can be more conducive for passengers... just recently managed to repair the car entrance

Most of the time their proclaimed AC buses doesnt seem to function or maybe malfunctions in the middle of the journey.In the beginning of the journey, the AC might be working just fine, but like 1 hr into the journey everywhere will be so hot.Secondly, sometimes they dont always keep to time due to insufficient number of buses, you could buy your ticket and wait for one of their buses which would finally drop at that terminal.Moreover, thumbs up for ABC customer care, theyre quite polite and friendly but I really wish they could look through all these faults.

The waiting room is relatively clean.Takeoff time is often delayed.The buses are fully air-conditioned, drivers are good and they do not contravene traffic rules.

A good transport company no doubt;but the sudden increase in transport fares this Xmas period, needs to be rechecked. Everybody knows the situations on ground for the country as on roads. If weve survived it through the year like that, then why now?

One of the oldest modern transport companies in Owerri with a huge fleet of well maintained buses. Unfortunately, they havent been able to maintain that high level of service and reliability they were known for. The terminal is old and outdated, public toilets are in a bad state, no proper convenience store within the terminal and no restaurant for hungry passengers. Recently, unstable departure times is giving its new rivals an edge.

Good transport company but I think there are more rooms for improvement, of late, they rarely keep to departure time. If they can work on this, that will be just nice.

Sane drivers, well air-conditioned buses but oh! My GOD it disappointed me when travelling from Lagos to Owerri that it developed fault and we had to wait for more than an hour to be transferred to another bus and same thing happened when returning to Lagos which made us to wait for about 30 minutes. Get new buses or better still put the old ones in other for better service. Thank you

ABC transport charges company has their offices in most states and major cities in Nigeria. In Abuja Nigeria, their office is at Utako, adjacent to God is goodmotors. When it started operations in the 1990s, it was the best in Nigerian land transportation. Most air travellers diverted to the use of this transportation outfit because they get the same courteous and time conscious service, except that it does not fly. It had business class which leaves earlier and then the one which leaves later, all before 7am. They had Supper sleeper for night travellers, which made night journey very comfortable and interesting. They also made traveling to Ghana, an easy one, because it has been one of their routes outside the country, till date. Refreshments are served in their buses during any journey, while you watch different programs on Television.With time the big, long buses started getting old and spoilt. Their services was not like before and though they still depart at the right time, but gets late to their destination. They began to get less patronage from travellers.Recently, as other competitors came up with smaller buses, ABC has also put on the road, smaller buses which has revived their transportation business and made it better. Time of arrival at their final destinations had greatly improved too. Their staff still maintenance courtesy.One outstanding service that ABC transport service has been good at is the their cargo express.
