Honestly I’m giving 1 star here to the comportment of the driver and driving skills as timing for departure and arrival is really poor and the speed limit should increase

ABC Transport is now a huge shadow of itself with rickety buses without air-conditioners as I witnessed on Thursday , Jan. 28 when I traveled from Calabar to Owerri. The weather was hot and the bus had no AC when I asked the driver why the bus had no AC, he blankly told me that it was not his problem that I could forward my complaints to the management at the park. I was shocked with the kind of attitude he showed while responding. On Monday Feb 1, I returned to Calabar unfortunately, it was the same bus and this time, it was not only the AC that was bad, the battery was also bad as we got to Calabar late because we had to stop twice on the road to plead with other ABC drivers to use their batteries.Another major issue is the evil going on at the ABC Egbu Park. Customers can no longer pay via the POS because they claimed their POS machine is bad but I was marvelled when I noticed that passengers were directed to a certain woman who is running a POS business in the park. So instead of allowing passengers pay with their ATM cards via the POS, it is now a business in the park where customers are told to pay cash or go to the woman running a POS business to withdraw and pay charges that of course is a collaborative effort to make more money out of the customers.This is a shame on an outfit like ABC that was known as the pioneer of technology in transportation in Nigeria. The workers are disgruntled and the services poor. I want to appeal to Mr Nneji, you can park up if you are tired. Your cargo business is doing well obviously because that is the aspect that you have personal interest. ABC is almost dead as a transport company.
