A nice place to stay. Standard Hotel rooms, just need to improve on Customer care relationship

This was the third hotel my husband & I stayed in Owerri. The customer service was good (minus the girl that worked at the desk.. she seemed to always give my husband an attitude).They tried to work with us at every chance they got so we stayed in 3 different rooms and each room had it’s own share of problems; either the a/c didn’t work or the water didn’t drain in the tub or there were mosquitoes everywhere. The lights went off frequently, my husband puts it as nepa.The pool area was nice and we enjoyed it. The menu was very limited so we didn’t ever eat there.There was no real security as they would be sleeping but I’m guessing its to say they have them& speaking of the security there was one security guard who blocked the gate bc he had previously washed our car and basically demanded we pay for a service that we never asked for.Overall, the hotel seemed like it would be very nice, but the upkeep isn’t there, but it is affordable and in a centralized area.

A nice place... cool and serene environment. Nice swimming pool... good hospitality. happy staffs, good customer service .. calm place to keep ur head at peace without distractions.. i would gladly stay here when next i visit owerri.. my own thoughts though..

Good and quiet place to stay. Facilities isnt bad at all. Didnt taste their food cos they dont have what I wanted though.

I am not lodging in this hotel but my cousin is lodging there, I was very impressed when I visited, very beautiful and nice service, please keep it up.

Rooms are clean,a little small but comfortable

Excellent customer service relationship. Good staffing. Clean swimming pool. Pool Bar and VIP bar excellent for both live football matches and wonderful rooms. Excellent Management team.Good parking lot, security.

Staff are professionals though especially your receptionist but then why are there recurring mosquitoes in the room,why will water finish when one is bathing,why will the toilet be leaking when flushing,the shower isnt working,the water from the ac unit falls on the roof and it makes a nasty noise etcYour supervisor is nasty though(the female fair one)Pls work on them

Nice new hotel in the lively part of town. A walking distance from priceless supermarket and close to the hot nightlife spots. The accommodation comprises of modern newly finished rooms, a nice and cozy bar and a sit-out bar by the pool. Service is fairly good, with friendly and professional staff.

Horrible service. They play music very loud during the day and when guests are trying to sleep at night. If you are looking for a serene place to relax. This is not the place for you

Its a nice place to me, the hospitality is awesome, Vienna is a home.

The worst customer service a guest can ever expect. Imagine hotel where there is no mirror, where you have to ask for things like toiletries and even towel before you can get one. A fellow guest told me that I am lucky not to have ordered for food.

This hotel is nice, with good ambience and within a serene environment. It is located off Port Harcourt Road, by Teachers House, Owerri, Imo State.It has quality rooms at very pocket friendly prices. The rooms are of good standard and secured with electronic cards. It has a strict policy of no smoking inside the room which is very good and makes any room suited for non-smokers like me. There are other places for smoking.The people are friendly and welcoming. There is always a staff at the reception to help you with your baggage anytime of the day.The food is rich and of very good quality. There are a number of local and continental dishes available. The restaurant is cosy, though not so large.The hotel has state of the art facilities including a gym, a pool amongst others.If you like night life, you will find this hotel a good spot to relax as you can easily connect to every part of the city.There is a close by Mall where you can buy all your groceries.The environment is also manned by both the police and military security officers. So, the place is well secured.You will enjoy your stay in this hotel.
