Its a good hotel but with 24hours power supply but the generators noise e 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 for the room I stayed air-conditioning is not doing very well I dont know about other rooms. But I enjoyed stay

Its a good place, very accessible.One thing that put me off is that the kitchen staff hold back the balance of the customer.I had to call them twice but they refused to return my balance to me, if he wanted a tip, he would have simply asked than refusing to return my balance.

Spent a night here and the only reason I give it 3 stars is that the price was negotiable and fair? Room was minuscule, shower and WC pressure was low. AC could have worked better too. No complimentary breakfast. The room service dinner took 1 hour and I was really looking forward to properly prepared Igbo style Oha soup but it was a letdown. The grilled chicken was good though and freshly prepared and the goat meat had that igbo aroma and taste.

Worst experience! Dirty rugs with plenty sand and dark room full of roaches. Receptionists were unprofessional, kitchen refusing to return my balance and cleaners begging for money. Horrible experience

This a casual place that is able to fit an average lodging budget in Owerri. It is not quaint or upscale.Though it can serve as a romantic place or a getaway for an individual.There is an indoor and outdoor bar, a meeting room and a restaurant. The rooms are average. Nothing spectacular.

The place has poor customer experience. The rooms have just one switch each which is far from the bed or the sitting area. Mobile network is also very poor there.

Mavis suites is a 2star hotel with both a smoke-free and smoking bar. The kitchen offers meals cooked fresh upon order and an efficient laundry service even for walk-in customers. There is a wheelchair access and ample parking lot.

Mavis is a regular place. Close to IMO State University, easily accessible with good rates too.

An option to consider if your looking at just passing the night. Internet wasnt it.There were small roaches in the room and there was no complementary breakfast. AC in the room worked well though.Definitely wont be stopping by again.

Had an event there in their ground floor hall. The Hotel Management needs to work on their airconditioners. None was working so we had to make do with the fans. Not good enough!!!
