A nice hotel located along Owerri - Port Harcourt express way, Owerri with pocket friendly rooms and affordable suites. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. Their meal was okay and moderately affordable. Also there are banks closed by for any financial transactions including ATM services. You can make reservation online by calling their customer care numbers. Ive done that couple of times with apt and favourable response

Working heater, TV isnt so clear. It would be great if they renovate their rooms. They had a very nice receptionist at the time of my visit.

My Name Is Wisdom. From UAE I traveled to Nigeria when the COVID was serious and stayed in this hotel for almost 3 months. When I left I realised I had left my shoe at the hotel. I contacted a Staff of the hotel CHINONSO PRINCE NNADI as he works at the FRONT DESK. I told him that someone will come to take the shoe on my behalf since I left for UAE already. The shoe costs AED3,500 and in Naira it cost 437,500. He stopped communication, I tried contacting the hotel myself after then and was told he left the hotel already and no longer works there. He took my shoe along with him and not even the manager or supervisor could give an account of it. They have bad staff and management issues problems. They’re lacking standard policies as well as professionalism and etiquette. Please avoid this place. staffs are deceitful and cunning. They pretend to be friendly but with ulterior motives. when You Leave a bad comment EMPIRE HOTEL (OWNER), doesn’t try to find out the issue in other to keep his customer. That is the professionalism and etiquette I spoke about. Improve on your staff, don’t just employ anyone you find on the street. There should be a legit address and someone to sign on their behalf. If you like ignore this review it is for your best interests. WISDOM !

Empire hotel is a nice piece of hospitality outfit situated along Owerri-Port Harcourt road, Owerri, opposite House of Assembly junction, right beside the tunnel crossing. Its well situated, and easy to spot. Their services are good cool
